What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Report it immediately via the Emerald24 platform or by contacting support. We will block the card and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Are there any limits on card transactions?
Yes. Detailed information is available in the card section of the fee schedule.
What is my 3DS passphrase for online purchases?
Your 3DS passphrase is the last six digits of your registered mobile number.
For example, if your phone number is +44 1234 567890, your passphrase is 567890.

Can I use my card in different currencies?
Currently, all Emerald24 cards are single-currency, with balances denominated in EUR. You can still make payments in other currencies – the amount will be automatically converted at the applicable exchange rate.
